The engine is stripped cleaned inspected in house with our state of the art cleaning facilities
Certain parts are replaced as standard such as head gaskets, big ends bearings, main bearings, piston rings, oil pump, head bolts, timing chain kits, tensioners etc
When necessary pistons, con rods, crankshafts, ladder racks are replaced with new.
Our cylinder heads, blocks are pressure tested, skimmed, honed or bored when necessary
Then the engine is re-assembled to the correct specifications in a fastidious manner, primed with oil to avoid dry first starts.
The Engine is sold on an exchange basis, a £400 surcharge is payable and fully refunded on return of your old engine. This fee will be organised after purchase.
