Our available engines are all ‘live’ stock, meaning that are engines are available as quickly as possible. In some cases we can even offer delivery as early as the next working day**.

All TPUK reconditioned engines are subject to the following checks and replacement parts:

• The block is crack tested and thoroughly cleaned using an industrial parts washer
• Head skimmed
• Engines are fully de-coked
• Re-ground crank or polished crank
• Head cleaned assembled and pressure tested
• Valves re-set or replaced
• Fitted with the following new parts

        ⇒ New Timing chain kit and tensioner
        ⇒ Head-gasket and all other gaskets
        ⇒ New Main and big end bearings
        ⇒ New Front crank seal
        ⇒ New Rear crank seal
        ⇒ New Oil pump
        ⇒ New oil pump tensioner and chain
        ⇒ New Timing chain cover
        ⇒ New Oil Sump pan
        ⇒ New Piston oil cooler jets
        ⇒ New Pistons and rings
